Digipak Questionnaire

I have decided to create a questionnaire in order to let me find out what my target audience thinks about digipaks in general and to help me narrow down some ideas for mu own digipak. I plan to give the questionnaire to at least 10-15 different people, who vary in age and gender so that I have a variety of answers that reflects the whole range of my target audience. I will then upload the responses/results to my blog to evaluate them.
